Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Howell Township, NJ. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, under a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and track client progress.

This role emphasizes meaningful skill development and positive sessions, with RBT certification a plus but not required. Per diem work with flexible scheduling, hands-on training, and supportive supervision are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Job Summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team! As a BT, you will be part of a collaborative team that provides high-quality, individualized services to children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. If you're RBT-certified, that's a plus, but not required! Our agency is committed to providing a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Compensation

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour
