Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in New Jersey seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. This flexible, per diem role welcomes both new and experienced BTs and offers supportive supervision and on-the-job training.

RBT certification is a plus but not required; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred. Travel locally and pass background checks to join our collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$28/hour
