Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our BCBA-led team for 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.

You will work under supervising BCBAs to implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress to families. Per diem scheduling offers flexibility, with opportunities to work near your home in New Jersey and receive hands-on training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy is preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Behavior Technician - Per Diem

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. You will work closely with our team of BCBA clinicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Our approach focuses on meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and document client progress
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$38/hour
