Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy invites you to join as a Behavior Technician, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings under a supervising BCBA. You’ll collect data, track progress, and maintain a safe, engaging session environment while communicating with families and supervisors.

The role offers per diem work with flexible scheduling in New Jersey, hands-on training, supportive supervision, RBT coursework provided, and a small, collaborative team where your contributions

Qualifications

• Experience with children or ABA therapy is preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Must be able to pass background checks.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll collect data and document client progress, create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour
• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour
