Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings under a supervising BCBA. You will collect data, document progress, and maintain a safe, engaging session environment while communicating with families and supervisors.

This part-time/per diem role offers flexibility, hands-on training, RBT coursework provided, and growth within a small, collaborative team locally in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.

Job Summary

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team! As a BT, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You will collect data and document client progress, create a safe and engaging session environment, and communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
