Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism in Santa Ana, CA. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $26 to $29 per hour and weekly paychecks along with a robust benefits package.

You will help children improve social and communication skills, document progress, and implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Credential
• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completion of college coursework in psychology/education/social work/behavioral science or 1 year experience with children required
