• Lead and evaluate branch managers; set regional goals and monitor performance.
• Identify local opportunities, create forecasts and strategic plans for branches and region.
• Oversee P&L to meet profitability goals and conduct monthly reviews with managers.
• Travel up to 40% to support and optimize branch operations.
