Regional Finance Corp. of Texas is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy consumer finance branch. Youll drive loan growth, manage the P&L, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will develop strategic business partnerships, oversee operations, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for advancement in a growing network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and manage team members to achieve branch profitability.
• Make independent decisions within policy guidelines and supervisory oversight.
• Be the subject matter expert on loan products to present solutions.
• Maintain branch solvency through asset control and proper credit extension.
• Build and sustain customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assign and review staff work for accuracy and efficiency; train on policies and procedures.
• Develop staff in branch operations and compliance with laws and policies.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and District Supervisors to fill staffing needs.
• Cultivate relationships with local retail businesses and partners.
