The role requires 7–10 years in wholesale distribution sales and proven experience in multi-unit leadership, with a strong focus on coaching, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in wholesale distribution sales, branch management, or multi-unit leadership.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and managing teams across locations.
• HVAC, plumbing, hydronics, or related wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop managers and sales associates.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, GP$, and sales data knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, gross margin, and market share across assigned branches.
• Set branch-level targets and hold managers accountable to goals.
• Lead people: recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance management.
• Coordinate training on product knowledge, service standards, and selling techniques.
• Partner with senior leadership to align market strategy and opportunities.
• Represent P&H with vendors, customers, and partners in the market.
