Job summary

nextOPP Search is partnering with a growing retailer to hire a Regional Manager who will oversee multiple Texas locations and nearby markets. You will coach store managers, drive sales, and ensure a consistent customer experience across a dispersed region.

You will lead regional performance, review results, develop action plans with managers, and help hire, onboard, and retain leadership. The role requires travel within Texas and a strong track record in multi-unit retail leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams across multiple markets and managing P&L performance.
• Strong track record of developing store leaders and improving results.
• Based in Texas with the ability to travel regularly throughout the region.
