Job summary

Milton CAT in Milford, MA, is looking for a Regional Work Tool Sales Representative to grow sales of work tools across the Northeast. You will call on accounts, coordinate with sales, product support and parts to upsell tools with machine deals and stand-alone offerings, and monitor inventory and displays.

Based in a regional store, you will work with Sales OPS, marketing, and service teams to optimize pricing, promotions, rentals, and tool transport.

Qualifications

• Based out of one of the Regional Stores in the assigned Territory.
• 1–2 years work experience related to construction equipment worktools/attachments.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and related industry parts, service, and sales operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales in the assigned territory by calling on accounts.
• Assist sales, product support, inside sales and parts counter in upselling worktools with machine deals and standalone offerings.
• Monitor and advise stores on inventory levels, worktool displays and store inventory presentation.
• Oversee new inventory levels and coordinate with Sales OPS and manufacturers.
• Promote pricing strategies and communication for new worktool assets.
• Oversee rental fleet worktool assets and stand-only worktool rentals.
