Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Manassas, VA seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Charlottesville north on Route 29 to Northern VA and into Upper Marlboro, MD. You will expand existing accounts, win new business, forecast sales, and manage territory plans with CRM to maximize opportunities.

Requires 3+ years of direct sales experience in building products and strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in building products.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of building products and sales management in dealer/distributor channels.
• Proficient with CRM and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Expand and cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones to drive sales growth.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and conduct competitive analysis.
• Analyze market segments to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan daily activities using CRM and a structured call frequency system.
• Lead promotions, educational meetings, and lead generation to grow customer relationships.
• Recommend pricing changes within guidelines based on market dynamics.
• Address customer complaints promptly and investigate issues.
• Maintain thorough sales records including customer profiles and territory data.
