Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Charlottesville north on Route 29 to Northern VA and into Upper Marlboro MD. You will manage accounts, forecast sales, analyze markets, and plan daily activities with a CRM system.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of direct sales in building products, a High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience in building products.
• Language: Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Industry knowledge: Building products, dealer/distributor channels.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication.
• Travel: Daily territory travel with possible overnight trips.
• Technical: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow existing accounts while opening new ones to drive sales.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and competitive analysis.
• Analyze market segments to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan daily activities using CRM and a structured call frequency system.
• Lead promotions, educational meetings, and lead generation activities.
• Recommend pricing changes within guidelines based on market dynamics.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues.
• Maintain thorough sales records and customer profiles and territory data.
