Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Virginia by expanding dealer and distributor relationships. You will be a trusted partner, providing product expertise, sales support, and strategic guidance to customers in your territory.

The role requires outside sales/tterritory experience, strong relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering consultative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in territory sales, outside sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience training customers or conducting product presentations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and market share by expanding dealer and distributor relationships.
• Provide product expertise and sales support to customers in your territory.
• Train dealer sales teams on product features and selling strategies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and drive sales.
• Provide feedback to leadership on market opportunities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers to improve sales and profitability.
