Job summary

Inframark is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations across multiple municipal water and wastewater facilities in the region. You will drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while overseeing complex utility systems.

The role requires 7–10 years in water/wastewater operations, 5+ years in a supervisory capacity, and a valid Driver's License with state certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
• 7-10 years in water/wastewater operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role overseeing multiple facilities.
• Valid Driver's License and state water/wastewater certification (or ability to obtain).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of management, operations, maintenance, billing, and customer service for multiple facilities.
• Develop and administer annual operating and capital budgets; monitor regional financial performance.
• Establish and track KPIs; lead growth and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Drive new business, negotiate contracts, secure renewals and scope expansions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, DOT, OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management; coach staff.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
