Job summary

Veolia | Water Tech is seeking a skilled Operator to manage multiple contracted client water and wastewater facilities. Responsibilities include training local operations teams, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance while managing plant operations.

The role requires significant travel and offers a challenging work environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong mechanical aptitude, and 3+ years in wastewater operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, required.
• 3+ years of experience in Wastewater treatment plant operations or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple Veolia contracted client water and wastewater facilities.
• Assist in the training and development of local operations teams.
• Conduct maintenance (routine, reactive, and preventive) of accounts.
• Collect and test Wastewater samples to determine concentration levels.
• Provide supervision and leadership to other team members.
