Job summary

Stantec seeks a Regional Sector Leader for Water Supply & Watershed Management in the US North region, based in Ohio. The role directs practice strategy, talent development, and client engagement to win and deliver complex water projects across multiple states.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, advance technical excellence, and collaborate with clients and industry groups to strengthen Stantec’s market position and capabilities in water resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in water resources engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional licensure or registration in applicable area (PE/PH/PG).
• Extensive experience in water resources planning and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary water resources team across the US North region.
• Direct strategic growth, client engagement, and project delivery in water supply and watershed management.
• Collaborate with sector leaders and business centers to win pursuits and deliver complex projects.
