Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive pump solutions within municipal and industrial wastewater markets. This remote role covers TX, OK, KS, AR, MO, LA, MS, Memphis, and nearby states, with up to 50% travel in the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities with clients, contractors, and engineering firms.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate knowledge of pump equipment, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer service teams for project execution.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.
