Job summary

JFrog Ltd. seeks a Regional Vice President of Strategic Solution Engineering to expand presence in key accounts and guide adoption of DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps solutions.

You will lead a top-tier technical team, build executive relationships, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer success across strategic customers. You will collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and customer success to align strategies, provide pre-sales guidance, and deliver compelling POCs and demonstrations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS, including 5+ years managing technical or solution-oriented teams.
• Proven ability to drive seven- and eight-figure deals using MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
• Deep expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, and pre-sales activities such as needs analysis and product demonstrations.
• Proven track record of driving high-value deals, developing strategic account plans, and achieving corporate objectives.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, data driven, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to engage with customers and support team success.
