Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of manufactured housing and multifamily communities. You will translate strategy into regional plans, own P&L, and partner with on-site teams to hit ambitious revenue and occupancy goals.

You will coach Community Managers, ensure capital projects stay on time and budget, and drive a five-star resident experience across multiple locations. Travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role with at least 2 years as Regional or District Manager or equivalent multi-site leader.
• Proven experience in property management; manufactured housing communities or multifamily assets valued.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Translate Havenpark’s strategy into regional plans and drive performance to meet and exceed goals.
• Own the financial health of your portfolio through region P&L statements, budgets, and capital projects; maintain positive NOI.
• Drive home sales performance across your region with Community Managers and on-site sales teams.
• Keep delinquency low and collections disciplined across every community.
• Ensure every community meets Havenpark’s Green and Clean standards and curb appeal.
• Deliver a five-star resident experience across your region.
• Use Havenpark’s reporting to monitor performance and identify where attention is needed.
• Inspire, coach, and develop Community Managers and hold the team to standards.
• Oversee home readiness and capital projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Integrate newly acquired communities via 100-day plans and ensure effective home office communication.
• Champion a customer-centric culture for residents and employees and promote engagement initiatives.
