Asset Living is seeking a Regional Vice President, Operations to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, leading Regional Managers and their teams. This senior role drives operational success, client satisfaction, and internal team growth.

The RVP will partner with executive leadership, manage budgets, review capital projects, and implement process improvements. Travel 50-60% of time, with a focus on performance and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in property management operations will be considered in place of formal education.
• Experience managing Regional Managers across multifamily/student housing portfolios; strong site-level operations, client engagement, and regional leadership.
• Industry certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Regional Managers by setting clear goals, offering strategic guidance, and promoting professional development.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and performance across the region; identify and develop top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with ownership groups; support new business opportunities and client engagements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance of the regional portfolio; assist in budgeting and capital project reviews.
• Communicate progress and performance; lead regional problem-solving and collaboration with internal teams.
• Promote excellent customer service and brand experience; engage with industry associations and communities.
• Travel 50–60% of work time annually for property visits, conferences, and client engagements.
