Job summary

Sun Communities seeks a Regional Vice President of MH Operations to lead a portfolio of manufactured housing communities within an assigned region. You will drive occupancy, marketing strategy, and financial results while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with sales, operations, and resident relations teams across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with residents, boards and teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees a portfolio of manufactured housing communities within the assigned region.
• Develops occupancy, lease-up and sales projections and implements programs to achieve them.
• Creates and executes marketing strategies, budgets, and plans for each community.
• Coordinates staffing, safety compliance, and adherence to policies across communities.
• Monitors financials, prepares P&L variance explanations, and manages annual budgets.
