The Regional Vice President will lead the full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts, and Service, aligning people, resources, and priorities to drive market share, customer retention, and profitable growth.

As the senior regional leader, this role will integrate functional teams, strengthen cross‑functional execution, develop leadership talent, and ensure the region operates as one coordinated business focused on customer and enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a regional P&L across multiple functions (Truck/Sales, Parts, Service).
• Experience leading multiple locations and senior‑level teams with accountability for revenue and profitability.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking with high integrity and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts and Service.
• Direct Regional Directors for Truck Sales, Parts, and Service.
• Drive regional market share, customer retention and profitability.
