Job summary

Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Southeast Region to lead the full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts, and Service. You will align people, resources, and priorities to drive market share, customer retention, and profitable growth across multiple locations.

As a senior regional leader, you will integrate teams, strengthen execution, and develop leadership talent while ensuring the region operates as one coordinated business focused on customer and enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple locations or business units.
• Proven ability to manage revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Own the full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts and Service.
• Directly manage regional directors for Truck Sales, Parts, and Service.
• Lead as the senior regional leader to drive market share and customer retention.
• Set regional priorities and allocate resources to high-value opportunities.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration and regional leadership development.
