Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Parts Director for the Northeast Region. The role focuses on leading regional parts performance, driving revenue and profit, and aligning parts with Truck Sales and Service leadership.

Travel weekly to support field operations and multi-location management is required. Responsibilities include managing Branch Parts Managers and Outside Parts Sales Managers, executing enterprise pricing and inventory policies, and ensuring strong customer relationships and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Seven plus years of progressive parts leadership experience in related industries.
• Two years of multi-location management experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead regional parts revenue, gross profit, customer penetration, and regional P&L.
• Directly manage Branch Parts Managers and Outside Parts Sales Managers.
• Coordinate outside selling with branch fulfillment for commitments, stocking and delivery.
• Drive parts capture from the installed base and develop account plans with Sales/Service leadership.
• Implement pricing, inventory, and supply-chain policies while providing regional input to leadership.
• Monitor performance against targets, budgets, and regional objectives.
• Ensure effective use of Arcadium to track customer interactions and growth opportunities.
• Lead regional talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
