Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Vice President - Southwest Region to lead the full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts and Service. You will align people, resources, and priorities to drive market share, retention, and profitable growth, while integrating leadership across locations.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership with P&L responsibility, strong cross-functional skills, and the ability to develop talent and execute regional strategies in a fast-paced heavy-truck

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading multiple locations or business units.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage performance.

Responsabilités

• Own full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts and Service.
• Directly manage Regional Directors for Truck Sales, Parts and Service.
• Lead regional customer and market coverage with cross-functional alignment.
• Set regional priorities and allocate resources to high-value opportunities.
• Drive market share, customer retention, and profitability as an integrated scorecard.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ensure regional branches operate as shared assets rather than standalone units.
• Utilize Arcadium for CRM, sales activity tracking and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with enterprise SVPs on pricing, inventory, and service standards.
• Lead regional operating reviews and escalate major issues to the COO when needed.
• Promote adherence to health and safety policies.
