As the senior regional leader, you will integrate teams, develop leadership talent, and ensure the region operates as one coordinated business focused on customer and enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to manage a regional P&L and analyze performance.
• Proven ability to lead multiple functions and locations through senior leaders.
• Experience in sales, parts, service, customer retention, market share, and profitability in a dealership/auto industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the full regional P&L across Trucks, Trailers, Parts and Service.
• Directly manage the Regional Directors for Truck Sales, Parts, and Service.
• Lead regional customer and market coverage across key fleets and major accounts.
• Set regional priorities and allocate resources to high-value opportunities.
• Drive regional profitability and customer satisfaction through integrated performance metrics.
