Darwin Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing US-based HR and Payroll solutions provider to appoint a Vice President of Sales for the South East region. You will lead a ~60-person sales team, drive strategy, and oversee new business development and revenue growth.

The role requires a proven senior sales leader with deep HCM/Payroll experience, able to coach managers, build a strong field sales culture, and deliver consistent commercial results.

Formación

• Senior sales leadership experience at VP or Regional VP level.
• Strong background in HCM, HRIS, Payroll or workforce management solutions.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed B2B sales teams.
• Proven track record of driving new business and regional revenue growth.
• Experience managing sales managers and building high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of SMB market and selling to small/medium businesses.
• Commercial mindset with focus on targets, accountability and performance.
• Excellent coaching, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build a successful field sales culture and retain top talent.

• Lead and develop a regional team of ~60 field sales professionals.
