Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a Regional Vice President, HCM Services, to lead strategy, performance, and customer experience for its HCM service provider segment. The role drives post-sale service across implementation, support, training, professional services, and customer success, partnering with Product, Sales, Marketplace, Marketing, and operations to deliver measurable value and scalable service excellence.

The leader will shape operating cadence, KPIs, and a differentiated HCM customer experience

Qualifications

• Strategic leader with ability to translate vision into priorities and execution plans.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS customer lifecycle management and service delivery operations.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management at executive levels.
• Experience in workforce planning, performance management, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end customer experience for HCM service providers.
• Build onshore/offshore support models to improve quality, speed, and cost.
• Oversee implementation, professional services, and training programs.
• Establish service standards and escalation practices for consistency.
