Verto People Ltd. seeks a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead six to nine branches in a high-growth HVAC/plumbing/electrical services region. You will own regional P&L, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing management team based in Tulsa, OK with significant travel.

You will oversee budgets, forecasts and regional performance, while aligning with central support teams to deliver sustained organic growth and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years of direct multi-site P&L ownership at $75M+.
• Experience leading five or more General Managers or similar leaders.
• Strong financial understanding including P&L, EBITDA, cash flow, balance sheets, labor costs.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of regional P&L, revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cash flow across 6–9 branches.
• Lead, coach and develop Branch General Managers, building strong leadership teams.
• Drive profitability, productivity and customer experience across HVAC, plumbing and electrical services.
