HomeTown Services seeks a Regional Vice President of Operations to assume full accountability for the performance and operation of a 120–160 million business across 69 HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing branch locations. Lead regional operations, drive safety standards and customer satisfaction while aligning with company objectives.

The role requires extensive travel (40–70%), strong financial acumen, and a track record in multi-branch leadership.

Responsibilities

• Multi Branch Operational Leadership - Owns performance and execution of 69 branch operations across multiple cities.
• Financial Oversight & P&L Ownership - Drives financial performance for revenue 120M–160M region.
• Strategic Growth Execution - Define and drive regional growth strategies with exec leadership.
• Sales & Revenue Optimization - Guide GMs to maximize technician productivity and revenue per call.
• Leadership Development & Talent Management - Hire, mentor and evaluate Branch General Managers.
• Performance Monitoring & KPI Accountability - Establish benchmarks and review branch metrics.
• Standardization & Best Practices - Implement company-wide best practices and safety standards.
• Cross Functional Collaboration - Liaise between branches and corporate departments to align initiatives.
• Cultural Stewardship & Change Leadership - Champion values and lead during growth, system rollouts, and integrations.
