HomeTown Services is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead multi-branch operations across a defined territory. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

In this senior role, you will mentor Branch GMs, shape regional growth strategies, and partner with corporate to align regional execution with company objectives. Travel 40–70% is expected as leadership coverage expands.

• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Owns the performance and operational execution of 6–9 branch operations across multiple cities, ensuring consistent compliance of standards and service quality.
• Drives revenue and EBITDA with full ownership for a region generating $120M–$160M in revenue.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to define and drive regional growth strategies aligning with company objectives.
• Mentors Branch GMs to build high-performance sales cultures and improve revenue per call.
• Hire, mentor, and evaluate Branch General Managers and plan leadership succession.
• Establishes KPIs and reviews branch performance to ensure targets are met.
• Enforces company-wide best practices in operations, sales, service, and admin.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations; promotes safety.
