Job summary

Verto People Ltd in Houston, TX is seeking a Multi-Branch Sales Manager to lead a large sales function across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and residential in-home services. The role focuses on driving sales performance, margin discipline, coaching standards and consistent sales execution across multiple branch locations.

You will partner with dispatch, install and service leaders, coach teams, monitor KPIs and improve revenue through disciplined selling.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of sales leadership experience in home services or similar.
Experience as Multi-Branch/Regional Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead sales activity across multiple branch locations with local leadership.
Manage and coach a large sales team including Comfort Advisors and inside sales.
Drive consistent sales process execution and real-time coaching.
Monitor KPIs: close rate, revenue per lead, margin, and ticket size.
Improve revenue through disciplined selling and better opportunity conversion.
Partner with dispatch, install and service to align capacity and margin.
Support option-based selling and cross-trade opportunities.
Deliver coaching via ride-alongs, calls, role play and reviews.
