Job summary

Veho is seeking a seasoned Regional VP of Ground Operations to lead and scale our ground network in a fast‑growing environment. • 10+ years of progressive leadership in ground operations, warehousing, logistics, or last‑mile delivery.
• Proven track record of scaling operations in high growth environments.
• Experience with logistics technology and data analytics to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term strategy for Veho's ground operations network.
• Oversee warehousing, sortation, logistics, and last‑mile processes for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team and manage budgets and KPIs.
