Job summary

Veho is seeking a Head of Central Operations to serve as the operating brain for its ground operations network. You will define performance standards, build KPI frameworks, and create analytics infrastructure to enable field leaders to act with speed and accuracy across markets and 3PL partners.

You will own the operating cadence, drive continuous improvement, and ensure scalable execution for new markets, launches, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, strategy & operations, or business operations, with time in central/center-of-excellence functions.
• Experience building analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and data products.
• Strong ability to translate field pain points into prioritized product input and specs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the KPI framework for ground operations across markets and 3PLs.
• Build and run the operating cadence (daily standups, weekly reviews, monthly health reviews).
• Develop analytics infrastructure and reporting tools to enable fast, data-driven decisions.
• Lead change management and standards adoption across a distributed network.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with ops, product, and finance to scale the network.
