Job summary

Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Supervisor in Massachusetts to lead day-to-day warehouse activities, coaching Associates and Leads and driving safety and operational excellence. You will manage scheduling, reporting, and cross-functional communication to ensure accuracy and on-time performance.

Responsibilities include KPI achievement, collaboration with drivers and teams, and developing future leaders while maintaining a strong safety focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in management in logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends as required
