Job summary

Veho seeks a Head of Central Operations to serve as the operations brain for ground networks across the U.S. You will define high-performing market standards, build an analytics backbone, and drive continuous improvement across the network.

You’ll partner with product to translate field needs into actionable plans and lead expansion initiatives with a data-driven mindset. You’ll own forecasting, cadence, and change management while ensuring readiness for new product introductions and market

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, strategy, or center-of-excellence functions.
• Proven track record building performance management systems and cadences.
• Experience owning analytics infrastructure, not just consuming reports.
• Background in logistics, fulfillment, last-mile delivery, or high-volume environments.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives across ops, product, and finance.
• Strong AI building capabilities for tooling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and own KPI framework for ground operations across markets and 3PLs.
• Run the operating cadence: daily standups, weekly reviews, monthly health reviews.
• Develop reporting infrastructure that feeds the cadence with clean, reliable data.
• Define high-performing Veho markets with SOPs and staffing standards.
• Create standards that are adopted and iterate them via feedback loops.
• Own change management when standards scale across the network.
• Build analytics capabilities for field teams to make faster decisions.
• Forecast labor and other operational functions to free up field leadership time.
• Lead a CI program to identify and fix recurring failures with measurable outcomes.
• Bridge ground ops with product by translating field pain points into product input.
• Own readiness for product launches and post-launch reviews.
