Job summary

Veho is hiring a Regional VP of Ground Operations in the United States to oversee the end-to-end ground operations network, including warehousing, sortation, and last-mile delivery. You’ll drive strategic direction, optimize performance, and lead a growing operations team across multiple sites.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to implement advanced logistics technologies, manage budgets, and deliver cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related analytical field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in ground operations, warehousing, logistics, or last-mile delivery.
• Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth or startup environments.
• Experience implementing WMS, TMS, automation, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and tactical plan for Veho's ground operations network.
• Provide hands-on leadership across warehousing, sortation, logistics, and last-mile delivery.
• Lead capacity planning, network expansion, and infrastructure development.
• Drive cost optimization, safety culture, and quality of service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI/automation solutions.
• Establish KPIs and financial metrics with executive-level reporting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Travel 50%+ as required.
