Neuron7.ai seeks a Regional Vice President of Sales – Enterprise AI & Agentic Solutions to own regional revenue and lead a high-performing sales organization. You will set the GTM strategy, recruit and coach Account Executives, and personally close the largest enterprise deals in AI-powered field service resolution.

You will engage CIO/CTO/COO and service-ops leaders, shape the regional plan, drive forecasting, pipeline generation, and ensure MEDPICC execution across your team.

Competenze

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS/tech sales with leadership experience.
• Track record of hitting regional targets and landing new enterprise logos.
• Experience positioning AI or automation to enterprise buyers.
• Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Deep experience ensuring MEDPICC and Command of Message Excellence across reports.

Mansioni

• Own regional revenue, pipeline, and forecast against quarterly and annual targets.
• Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing AE team.
• Drive new-logo acquisition across high-tech, manufacturing, and medical devices.
• Maintain C-level relationships ( CIO, CTO, COO, service ops leaders ) and lead strategic deals.
• Establish a disciplined operating cadence: pipeline reviews, deal inspection, forecast calls.
