Job summary

Neuron7.ai seeks a Regional Vice President of Sales – Enterprise AI & Agentic Solutions to own revenue in the US/North America. You will set the regional GTM, build and lead a top-tier AE team, and close the largest deals with enterprise buyers of AI-powered field service resolution.

You will report to executive leadership, align product and engineering with sales strategy, and shape the regional expansion plan across high-tech, manufacturing, and medical devices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise SaaS/tech sales, including team leadership.
• Track record of hitting regional targets and landing new enterprise logos.
• Experience positioning AI or automation to enterprise buyers.
• Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Deep experience ensuring MEDPICC and Command of Message Excellence across your direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, pipeline, and forecast against targets.
• Acquire new logos across high-tech, manufacturing, and medical devices.
• Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing AE team.
• Manage C-level relationships and drive strategic deals.
• Maintain a disciplined operating cadence: pipeline reviews, deal inspection, forecast calls.
