Job summary

Wand Synthesis AI Inc is seeking a Regional VP Sales to lead Wand’s enterprise sales in the United States. You will build relationships with major local enterprises and position Wand as a trusted AI transformation partner.

The ideal candidate has a strong enterprise network, a proven ability to close complex technology deals, and access to large banks, insurers, and government-adjacent organizations in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology sales, focusing on AI/SaaS/automation.
• Proven track record closing multi-million dollar deals with large enterprises.
• Experience selling to C-level executives (CIO/CTO/CXO) at major orgs.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments with resource-light execution.
• Proven success closing enterprise deals across the United States.
• Existing network in financial services, insurance, or related sectors in the US.
• Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Wand's CEO and engage C-level executives at regional enterprises.
• Own full deal lifecycle from first contact through negotiation and close.
• Support leaders through transformation and change management messaging.
• Represent Wand at regional executive meetings and industry events.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
