Job summary

Wand AI seeks a Principal Solution Architect to lead the technical journey for its global enterprise customers. This senior, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of solution design, technical strategy, and pre- to post-sale execution.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate complex business problems into scalable architectures using Wand's platform, ensuring credible and deployable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar.
• Experience with enterprise customers in complex software environments.
• Ability to design architectures connecting business problems to scalable implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical customer relationship across enterprise accounts.
• Lead technical discovery to understand workflows, systems, constraints, data environments, and success criteria.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear solution architectures and implementation approaches.
• Build credibility with executive and technical stakeholders by articulating Wand's differentiators.
• Partner with Sales on strategic deals and with Customer Success on long-term expansion.
• Design scalable architectures for enterprise deployments using Wand’s platform.
• Define the technical approach for proofs of concept, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Ensure designs are realistic, robust, and aligned with customer environments.
• Guide implementation with Solutions Engineers and Engineering teams.
• Navigate integration, security, reliability, and operationalization considerations.
• Define technical proof strategies for enterprise opportunities and establish POC benchmarks.
• Develop reference architectures and benchmark templates for internal reuse.
• Own and improve the demo lab strategy and ensure repeatable demonstrations.
• Raise quality across the Solutions Engineering organization through coaching and leadership.
