Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking a Regional Vice-President of Construction to lead regional telecom construction programs, manage multiple projects, and drive strategic regional objectives. You will oversee project delivery, budgeting, and reporting while coordinating across internal teams and external partners.

The role requires extensive OSP construction and fiber deployment experience, with strong leadership, data analysis, and safety focus. Willingness to travel up to 50% is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of combined experience in OSP construction, fiber network deployment, and project management.
• At least 10 years in leadership roles and 5 years managing lower-level leaders.
• Five years’ experience with GIS systems (preferred) and with enterprise PM platforms such as MS Project (required).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Regional Oversight: develop regional strategies and lead telecom construction projects end-to-end.
• Operational Management & Reporting: create regional KPI reports and monitor delivery, costs, safety, and quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with internal/external teams to align milestones and processes.
• Data Integrity & Process Management: ensure accurate documentation and efficient reporting systems.
• Field Engagement & Oversight: travel regionally to support practices, ensure safety and compliance.
