Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale FTTH/OSP construction projects required.
• Strong background in OSP construction, permitting, make-ready, and fiber activation.
• Proven success managing multi-market builds and distributed field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all FTTH construction projects from planning through activation across multiple regions.
• Develop and execute deployment strategies to hit mileage, passings, and timeline goals.
• Build and mentor high-performing internal teams; reduce reliance on external contractors.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality metrics to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership to align construction plans with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
