Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking a Director of Construction to lead strategic fiber infrastructure initiatives across multiple markets. The role requires accountable, solutions-oriented leadership to manage hundreds of concurrent projects with speed and precision.

You will influence cross-functional stakeholders, establish standards, and build high-performing teams while driving timelines, budgets, and quality to support aggressive deployment goals.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, plus 8–12 years in OSP construction, fiber deployment, or telecom infrastructure.
• 10+ years of leadership experience, including managing leaders and multi-market operations in telecom/fiber.
• Proven ability to deliver high-volume, concurrent projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fiber construction execution across multiple regions, including dark fiber and FTTH initiatives.
• Translate growth strategy into scalable construction execution plans; establish KPIs and performance metrics.
• Own timelines, budgets, quality outcomes; drive risk mitigation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and develop high-performing construction teams; foster ownership and accountability.
