Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in telecom/utility construction/fiber optics.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership at regional level with strong carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develops regional strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Holds full P&L responsibility for Southern California region, manages budgets and forecasts.
• Drives growth through market expansion and client relationships.
• Oversees regional OSP fiber construction operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
• Leads and develops a team of senior directors and managers.
• Provides risk and profitability guidance for project decisions.
• Champions region-wide safety as top priority.
