Job summary

Charter Communications, Inc. is seeking a Vice President Field Engineering for the Midwest, based in Blue Ash with travel across OH, KY, IN and WV.

You will lead field construction, engineering and network maintenance, directing regional programs, adherence to standards, and compliance with FCC rules to ensure reliable fiber broadband access. You will manage budgets, coordinate with Corporate and ISP teams, and oversee disaster recovery and regional upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field construction/engineering and/or network and maintenance in cable/communications (10+ years).
• Budget preparation/management experience (8 years).
• Senior level management experience (10+ years).

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains robust field engineering practices within the region.
• Oversees regional programs for demand and scheduled maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with FCC and other regulatory requirements; coordinates with ISP and outside plant.
