Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President of Business Development to spearhead growth and lead the go-to-market engine feeding our infusion centers. You will manage a team, strategize territory expansion, and partner with health systems, payers, and physician groups to drive referrals and revenue.

This remote-first, travel-heavy role requires extensive healthcare BD experience, strong leadership, and a passion for building scalable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in healthcare business development, with infusion/pharma experience.
• 5+ years as a people manager building large referral hunter teams.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and resources to scale the organization (playbooks, trainings, etc.).
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; align field tactics with corporate OKRs.
• Analyze market data to prioritize expansion geographies and new service lines.
• Directly manage a team of 8-10 Business Development Reps.
• Deliver referral volume and revenue goals for the territory.
