Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President of Business Development for the Central region. You will build and lead the go-to-market engine to drive patient referrals and center revenue, acting as a regional strategy architect and coach for field teams.

You will recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team, partner with health systems and payers, and align cross-functional efforts to achieve referral targets while maintaining CRM hygiene and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10+ years of business-development experience in healthcare.
• 5+ years as a proven people manager, building and scaling referral hunter teams.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, with overnight travel expected.
• Must be located near a major airport in Indiana or Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth strategy and scalable playbooks for the region.
• Directly manage 8-10 Business Development Reps and coach them.
• Cultivate relationships with health systems, specialists, payers, and pharma managers.
• Ensure CRM hygiene and reporting standards to track performance.
