Job summary

Local Infusion seeks an experienced Regional Vice President (RVP) of Business Development to spearhead go-to-market initiatives, drive referrals, and maximize revenue for infusion centers. You will lead strategy, manage field teams, and build high-impact partnerships with physicians, health systems, payers, and pharma reps.

You will recruit, coach, and motivate a team of 8–10 Business Development Reps, align tactics with corporate OKRs, and own CRM data hygiene.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10+ years of healthcare/specialty pharma sales with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead large field teams to exceed quotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy and territory planning to drive referrals and revenue.
• Direct and coach a 8–10 person Business Development team.
• Develop high-value partnerships with health systems, payers, and providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
